IPlasta’ ability to meeting tight deadlines for building partners is often put to the test. Our capability to complete projects to a high level and on time was put on show in two accelerated projects for Eden Brae Homes as part of ongoing work with Stockland.
The 48-house development at Marsden Park had a construction timeline of only 40 weeks – this short timeframe had iPlasta plastering teams of between 30 and 40 tradespeople on site seven days a week, with regular visits from Managing Director, Michael Lovarato, who was also closely involved.
It was a similar situation with the Altrove development which saw 52 homes constructed over a 32-week period.
